Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı’nın yaptığı açıklamalara göre Kurban Bayramında turistik yerlere ve müzelere ilgi oldukça yoğundu. Bakanlığın yaptığı açıklamaya göre en çok ziyaret edilen yerler arasında ilk sırayı İzmir Efes Ören Yeri aldı. Efes’i toplam 56 bin 423 kişi gezdi. Denizli’deki Hierapolis (Pamukkale) Ören Yeri ise 53 bin 363 ziyaretçiyle ikinci sırada yer aldı.
